Rolling Out named Tashyra Ayers a “Sister with Superpower” in 2022 during their national awards recognition of women in business impacting their communities. She’s a three-time founder, award-winning media personality, and published voice actor with audiobooks on Audible.com. As a multi-hyphenated trailblazer, Tashyra spent nearly two decades in corporate America as a Business Development and communications professional. She is a master relationship curator who identifies and secures high-value, B2B partnerships across industry lines. She manages six and seven figure budgets while negotiating and securing multi-year agreements with Fortune 500 companies. 

As a corporate liaison, business owner, voice and communications strategist Tashyra works with executives, entrepreneurs, and employees to coach and train them on the art of public speaking, results-driven communications, and curating profitable partnerships. As a former Public Relations professional, she did the same for artists and athletes while running her firm, 3Twelve PR. 

In 2023 Tashyra’s voice and audio production company, The House of Genesis was recognized by JP Morgan Chase’s Entrepreneurship program. At The House of Genesis, Tashyra’s team of voice actors have worked with Campbell’s Soup, Nike, Suzuki, iHeart Media, KIPP Charter Schools, and the New York Academy of Medicine to name a few. 

Tashyra not only uses her voice in media and the marketplace, but also as a Mother, Mentor and in the Ministry. Her greatest achievement is overcoming the trials of having her son at 14 years old, and the death of her Mother five years later. In 2018, Tashyra founded the Mother’s Day Brunch which awarded educational scholarships to teen Moms. In 2017, she self-published a book of personal journal entries called An Heir’s Journal: My Story is My Wealth. 

Tashyra studied communications at Delaware State University and Rowan College. She holds an AA Communications, BA in Biblical Studies and in Community Transformation & Social Engagement. She loves her son and enjoys travel, live music, sports, Marvel movies, vintage and couture, and was featured in the Fall 2021 edition of international magazine, ELEMENTS.
